Easter commemorates in glorious fashion the definitive event by which we are alive as Christians – the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead! While the cross secured our forgiveness and redemption from sin, the resurrection proves and guarantees the supremacy of Christ in and over all things. Jesus is Lord and Savior, indeed!
