SERMON SERIES: FORMED SERMON TITLE: Testing or Trusting? Scripture Reference: Matthew 4:1-11 NRSV SERMON PROMPT: What is the difference between testing God and trusting God? By example, Jesus demonstrates we need to learn who and how God is through His Word. If we are to resist the temptation to test God and keep our hearts from becoming hardened by doubt, we need to know how and why we can always trust in God.
